Do I need a certificate?

If you plan to sell your property, then before marketing can begin you must have a valid EPC (or at least have one commissioned).

If you plan to rent your property, then an EPC is also mandatory. Failing to have one at the beginning of the tenancy would be a breach and you may find it very difficult to challenge through the courts.

How does your product/service work?

We arrange a suitable date and time to visit the property to carry out the assessment. Then the lodgement is carried out online and the certificate will then be available on the Governments website.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer Full SAP Assessments for new properties.

Do I have to be present?

No, we work a lot with agencies and have a lot of trust so can collect the keys from them for lettings and sales. Alternatively, if you have a key safe at the property, we can use that, just let us know what works best for you.
